Train After Your Shift - Adult Self-Defense & Grappling Classes
Small-group classes 6–8 students per class. Beginner-friendly.
Mon–Thurs starting at 10PM and open till 3:30am.
Booking Options
You can book evening classes that start as early as 4pm in the afternoon combined with your late classes which can be as late as 2am to 4am. So you are not limited to just late or evening classes only.
Example 1: For 2 weeks you train at 5pm to 6pm and for 2 weeks you train at 12am to 1am.
Example 2: You get 8 classes a month you could book 4 classes per week and get all your classes in for a month in 2 weeks.
The perfect plan if you can stick to the days you choose.
